Background

Background of School:

Shree Janata Secondary School (JSS) is located at Gauradaha Municipality in Jhapa district of the glorious country Nepal and has a very peaceful environment in its surrounding. The main occupation of the inhabitants of this area is farming. The school was established 54 years ago in BS 2018 (1961 AD) as a primary school named Rashtriya Primary School Gauradaha with the initiation of some educationists and education lovers to provide quality education to the children of the surrounding VDCs. The school is being managed by the society itself. The school was certified by the Government of Nepal as primary school. Teaching started in 1961 with no building, …… students and ……. teachers. The school has started class 6 in 2020 BS. Due to government policy class six and seven was separated as Junior secondary level school in BS 2023 (1966 AD) which is upgraded as secondary level school named Shree Janata High School in BS 2024 (1967 AD). The first batch of students took the School Leaving Certificate Examination (the national exam that is taken at the end of class 10) in B.S. 2027 With ……. participants. The formal establishment date is celebrated on BS 2024 Bhadra 10 (26 August 1967) (date of establishment as a High School). The school has been upgraded to the higher secondary level and named Shree Jana Higher Secondary School in BS 2066 (2009 AD).  

The school is conducting classes for commerce faculty for the secondary level (10+2 level) and now conducting Computer Engineering course starting from class 9. 

JSS has been serving the communities of various economic backgrounds. The school has produced approximately ....... number of high school graduate till now (B.S. 2074). The school has a long history and has been able to produce efficient manpower like doctors, engineers, administrators, lawyers, professors to the nation so far.
